Service Description
This package includes four beer and four wine options, our basic bar set up, plus cups and napkins, decorations and signage. Perfect for daytime parties or graduations. We can swap any of your wine/beer choices for a craft non-alcoholic cocktail option.
Cancellation Policy
Botanica Bar & Co. Service Policy 1. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be confirmed 2 weeks prior for events with 50 or fewer guests; 4 weeks for larger events. Alterations up to 7 days prior are permitted in emergencies. Full balance due 7 days before the event; split options available—50% at booking, 50% due 7 days prior. Payments can be made online or in person. 2. Services & Items: Clients select package options and add-ons via checkbox. Options include various cocktail packages, alcohol service, and additional items. Selections are part of the contract. 3. Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior may incur fees, and deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling policies are provided separately, arranged with staff on a case-by-case basis. Tip Policy: Tips are appreciated but optional. Tip jars or QR codes will be provided unless clients request their removal, which will be honored.
